Account and Data Deletion
To delete your account and associated personal data, email support@vibecloset.app with the subject "Delete my VibeCloset account" from the email connected to your account.
What to include
- The email address tied to your VibeCloset account.
- A clear request to delete your VibeCloset account and data.
- Any relevant subscription or app store details if your request relates to billing.
What deletion covers
- Account profile, closet data, saved outfits, bookmarks, scans, and related app state where technically feasible.
- Newsletter or affiliate records tied to the account where deletion is legally and operationally possible.
- Generated content associated with your account where technically feasible.
What may remain
Some data may remain in backups for a limited period or be retained where required for legal, tax, security, abuse prevention, or payment dispute reasons. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
