Privacy Policy
VibeCloset helps users organize their closet, receive outfit
suggestions, scan inspiration images, save shopping references,
build an avatar, and manage style preferences. We collect only
the information needed to provide and improve those features.
Information we collect
- Account details such as email address and authentication identifiers.
- Profile details you provide, including style preferences, body shape, sizes, region, and onboarding answers.
- Closet content such as item names, categories, colors, photos, tags, favorites, and wear history.
- Uploaded or captured images used for closet items, inspiration scans, avatar generation, or try-on features.
- App usage data such as feature usage counts, crash reports, device/platform details, and diagnostics.
- Newsletter or affiliate signup details when you submit those forms.
- Payment and subscription status from app store providers or RevenueCat. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
- To run core features including closet memory, outfit recommendations, scanning, bookmarks, avatar try-on, and support.
- To maintain safety, prevent abuse, debug crashes, enforce usage limits, and improve reliability.
- To manage premium access, trials, affiliate attribution, and subscription status.
- To send service emails, support replies, and newsletter updates if you opted in.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with
service providers needed to operate VibeCloset, including hosting,
authentication, analytics/diagnostics, AI model providers, payment
infrastructure, app stores, and customer support tools. These
providers process data for VibeCloset's operations.
Retention
We keep account, closet, and generated content while your account
is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain
limited records after deletion when required for security, fraud
prevention, legal compliance, tax/accounting, app store disputes,
or backup recovery windows.
Your choices
- You can update profile and closet data inside the app.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support.
- You can request account/data deletion using the deletion process below.
- You can disable device permissions such as camera, photos, location, and notifications in your OS settings.
Children
VibeCloset is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that
a child under 13 created an account, we will delete the account
where required.

By using VibeCloset, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree,
do not use the app or website.
Using VibeCloset
- You are responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of profile, sizing, and style details you provide.
- You may not use VibeCloset to upload illegal, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or unsafe content.
- You may not reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, or misuse the service.
- You may not use another person's images or personal data without permission.
AI and recommendations
VibeCloset provides AI-assisted style suggestions, scans, product
discovery, and try-on previews. These outputs may be imperfect.
You are responsible for final clothing, purchase, safety, event,
workplace, cultural, and weather decisions.
Subscriptions and premium features
Premium features may include higher AI usage limits, avatar
generation, try-on generations, advanced recommendations, or other
paid features. Pricing, trials, renewals, cancellations, and
refunds are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider
unless stated otherwise.
Content ownership
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give VibeCloset a
limited license to host, process, transform, display, and use that
content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Service changes
Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We may suspend or
terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security,
legal, payment, abuse, or operational risk.
Disclaimers
VibeCloset is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not
guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect recommendations, exact
product matches, or error-free AI outputs.
Support Policy
Support Policy
For support, contact support@vibecloset.app. Include your account
email, device/platform, app version if available, screenshots, and
a clear description of the issue.
- Critical account, payment, or data access issues: target response within 2 business days.
- General bugs, questions, or feature requests: target response within 5 business days.
- Security reports: include "Security" in the subject line and avoid publicly disclosing the issue before we respond.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store,
refunds and cancellations are controlled by that store's policies
and tools. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it may
not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Google Play purchases: request refunds through Google Play support or your Play Store purchase history.
- Apple purchases: request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Direct web payments, if offered later, will follow the refund terms shown at checkout.

To delete your account and associated personal data, email
support@vibecloset.app with the subject "Delete my VibeCloset
account" from the email connected to your account.
- We will verify the request before deletion.
- Deletion includes account profile, closet data, saved outfits, bookmarks, scans, and related app state where technically feasible.
- Some data may remain in backups for a limited period or be retained where required for legal, tax, security, abuse prevention, or payment dispute reasons.
- Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. You must use the deletion request process.
Affiliate Program Terms
Affiliate Program Terms
The VibeCloset affiliate program rewards valid referred sales, not
clicks, fake traffic, self-purchases, canceled purchases, refunds,
or suspicious buyer matches.
- Creators receive a unique link/code and may receive a trial for promotion and testing.
- Commission eligibility depends on valid net sales after delivery, cancellation, refund, chargeback, and fraud review windows.
- Self-referrals, misleading claims, spam, paid review manipulation, impersonation, or deceptive advertising can void commissions.
- VibeCloset may approve, reject, reverse, pause, or terminate affiliate accounts to prevent abuse or comply with platform rules.
- Creators must disclose paid/affiliate relationships clearly where required by law or platform rules.
AI Feature Notice
AI Feature Notice
VibeCloset uses AI for outfit recommendations, style explanations,
inspiration scans, product search assistance, avatar or try-on
image generation, and support workflows. AI outputs can be wrong,
incomplete, biased, delayed, or visually inaccurate.
- Do not rely on VibeCloset for medical, legal, professional, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
- Try-on images are previews, not guaranteed real-world fit, comfort, color, or fabric behavior.
- Product search results may change and may not reflect live price, stock, shipping, authenticity, or return rules.
Security Summary
Security Summary
VibeCloset uses managed infrastructure, Supabase authentication,
database row-level access controls, HTTPS/TLS in transit, app store
billing infrastructure, and server-side keys for privileged
operations. Service-role secrets must never be placed in frontend
code or public repositories.
Database encryption at rest and in transit is provided by the
managed database platform, but VibeCloset is not end-to-end
encrypted. Application access controls, row-level security, secret
handling, and least-privilege server design still matter.
