Refunds and cancellations

Refunds follow the store that processed payment.

Most VibeCloset payments are handled through app stores. Refunds and cancellations are controlled by the store or payment provider used at checkout.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, refunds and cancellations are controlled by that store's policies and tools. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it may not automatically refund the current billing period.

Where to request refunds

  • Google Play purchases: request refunds through Google Play support or your Play Store purchase history.
  • Apple purchases: request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Direct web payments, if offered later, will follow the refund terms shown at checkout.

Important notes

  • Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Cancel subscriptions from the app store account that purchased them.
  • VibeCloset may not be able to issue refunds for transactions controlled by an app store.
