Response targets
- Critical account, payment, or data access issues: target response within 2 business days.
- General bugs, questions, or feature requests: target response within 5 business days.
- Affiliate approval, payout, and dashboard questions: target response within 5 business days.
- Security reports: include "Security" in the subject and avoid public disclosure before we respond.
What support cannot do
- We cannot guarantee refunds controlled by Google Play or Apple.
- We cannot guarantee that AI-generated styling, product matches, or try-on previews are exact.
- We cannot recover account access without verifying the account email or ownership signals.
